Your Property:
Designed for families and groups who want to stay together while still having room to spread out, The Yellow Retreat includes both homes of our approximately 2,720-square-foot duplex. Unit A is on the right and Unit B on the left when facing the building. Each home has its own entrance, smart-lock access, open living/dining/kitchen layout, downstairs half bathroom, covered balcony, covered outdoor dining patio, and fully fenced backyard. A connecting gate between the backyards allows your group to easily enjoy both outdoor spaces together.
The property accommodates up to 18 guests, with 16 sleeping in beds and each living-room sofa providing an additional sleeping space for one guest.
Inside each home, an oversized sectional creates a comfortable place for movie nights or downtime. Both living rooms and all six bedrooms have smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating are available throughout.

Both spacious kitchens feature large islands, refrigerators, new Sharp microwaves, dishwashers, full stoves and ovens, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, wine glasses, food processors, blenders, toasters, and Keurig coffee makers. Unit A also features a new Samsung refrigerator. Coffee, a selection of teas, and complimentary cooking essentials, including spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil, are provided. Having two full kitchens makes meal preparation easy for larger groups or guests with different schedules.

Each home has a dining table that comfortably seats six and can accommodate up to eight, plus three additional island seats, giving larger groups plenty of flexible indoor dining space across both homes. Sliding doors connect the living areas directly to the covered outdoor dining patios, where you can also enjoy meals beneath the string lights. For families traveling with young children, each home includes a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. Board games, backyard games, and a bathtub in each hallway bathroom add additional conveniences for family stays. All six bedrooms are located upstairs, with three bedrooms in each home.

UNIT A, the right-hand home

1) Primary Suite: King bed for two, smart TV, closet storage, dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The private ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet with a bidet. The suite opens to a covered balcony with cushioned seating overlooking the backyard.
2) Queen Bedroom: Two queen beds sleeping up to four guests, smart TV, and cheerful blue and yellow accents. This room shares the full hallway bathroom with the bunk room.
3) Bunk Room: A playful wooden house-style bunk bed with two individual sleeping spaces, smart TV, storage cabinet, and colorful hooks for belongings. The shared hallway bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

UNIT B, the left-hand home

1) Primary Suite: King bed for two, smart TV, closet storage, dedicated workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The private ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet with a bidet. The covered balcony features woven chairs and a small table overlooking the backyard.
2) Queen Bedroom: One queen bed sleeping two guests, smart TV, bedside lighting, and colorful artwork. This room shares the full hallway bathroom with the bunk room.
3) Bunk Room: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds providing four individual sleeping spaces, plus a smart TV and storage for belongings. The shared hallway bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination.

A convenient half bathroom is located downstairs in each home. Bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and irons are provided.
Outside, your group can enjoy two fully fenced backyards connected by a gate. Open the gate to create one larger gathering area where everyone can play cornhole or giant four-in-a-row, relax beneath the palm trees, or gather in Adirondack chairs around either fire pit.
Each backyard includes an electric BBQ grill with an integrated temperature sensor as well as a separate small charcoal grill. Two covered dining patios keep outdoor meals close to the kitchens while providing convenient access to the backyard activities. Pets are welcome.

For longer stays, each home includes complimentary use of its own washer and dryer. Free on-site parking and smart-lock self check-in make arrival easy.
With both homes included in your reservation, your group can enjoy beach days, backyard meals, games, and time together while still having two separate homes to retreat to whenever you want a little extra privacy.

Guest Access:
Your reservation includes both homes of the duplex, Unit A and Unit B, and private access to all six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, two covered balconies, two covered outdoor dining patios, two fenced backyards, and the connecting gate between the outdoor spaces.

Each home has its own private entrance and smart-lock access. Guests also have complimentary access to the washer and dryer in each home and free on-site parking.

The Yellow Retreat is located in a residential Panama City Beach neighborhood within walking distance of beach access and nearby restaurants.
The property accommodates up to 18 guests: 16 guests in beds plus one additional sleeping space on the living-room sofa in each home.
Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, irons, clothing storage, Pack ’n Play travel cribs, and high chairs are provided.

Pets are welcome.

There are two exterior security cameras on the property, one at the front and one at the back. They are used solely for safety and security purposes and are not routinely monitored live. Footage is reviewed only if needed in connection with an incident.
