The Tidewater Resort sits just 0.5 miles from Pier Park, PCB's most popular shopping and dining destination, with well over 100 shops, restaurants, an IMAX theatre and more. It's an easy walk for most people.
Located on PCB's family-oriented west end, Tidewater is arguably the area's most luxurious condo resort, and it's a true resort in every sense. On site you'll find:
- Its own movie theatre, with free movies on Wednesday and Saturday nights in season
- A huge oceanfront fitness area with treadmills, exercise machines, free weights, a Roman spa, and separate men's and women's sauna and steam rooms
- A Starbucks and an ice cream shop
- An indoor oceanside cafe
- An east-side poolside Tiki Bar serving food as well as drinks
- Two large outdoor swimming pools and one indoor poo
The Unit
Our 13th-floor unit is one of the highly sought-after east end corner units, with floor-to-ceiling glass in the living area and breathtaking views. We searched all over Florida and Alabama while shopping for a condo, and this unit has the most incredible views of any we saw.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Two primary suites, each with ocean views and a king-sized bed
- A third bedroom with a queen-sized bed
- A private bunk area just off the queen bedroom's bathroom, with two twin bunks and a trundle pullout bed
- Queen sofa sleeper in the living too.
Fire code maximum is 12 persons of any age.
Amenities
Cable and free WiFi are included. The ROKU Guest Mode TVs let you use your own accounts (YouTube TV, Hulu, etc.), and they sign out automatically at checkout.
Registration and Parking
Tidewater Resort charges a one-time pre-registration fee of $60 plus tax, which covers your entire party (not per person). You'll receive a link when I send the door codes and other check-in information. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the resort's parking deck, with a maximum height of 7'2".

This condo is a great spot to relax in the sun with its beachfront location and ocean view. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, and a balcony will help make for a pleasant and restful beach vacation. Also enjoy some of the nearby water activities including boating, scuba diving, jet skiing, and parasailing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Guest(s) can cancel their reservation at any time without penalty 60 days or further out from the check in date. If Guest(s) cancel between 31 and 60 days from the check in date, ½ of the rent will still be due. If Guest(s) cancel any time 30 days or less from the check in date, then the full rent will still be due. Lessors will use reasonable efforts to try to rent it to someone else and credit whatever rent they get to the original rent owed by the Guest(s). If Lessors can get it rented for the full rental amount, Guest(s) would owe Lessors nothing however the full security deposit would be forfeited. NOTWITHSTANDING the above, if due to order by the State of Florida, Bay County, or the City of Panama City Beach, the lessors are prohibited from renting the property or the beach is closed to the public due to pandemic related issues during the above rental period, the Guest(s) will be entitled to a 100% refund should the Guest(s) choose not to come.
