Tidewater 2613

IMPORTANT NOTE: Portions of the Tidewater building are scheduled to undergo exterior renovations from late October 2026 through early February 2027. During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise and activity. Balcony access will be restricted from December 16th to January 13th, 2027 as part of the project.
To account for these temporary inconveniences, a construction discount has already been incorporated into the online rental rate. If you have any questions regarding the renovation schedule or how it may impact your stay, please contact our Reservations Team for additional information.
