Club & Activity Fees
• Please note: The description states that the fitness center and pickleball courts are now free to guests, but also includes the fee schedule below. Guests should confirm current resort fees directly with Edgewater, as resort policies may change.
• Fitness center: $15 per day per person or $50 per week per unit
• Tennis: $100 plus tax per week, per unit
• Pickleball: $100 plus tax per week, per unit
• Tennis and pickleball combo court access: $150 plus tax per week, per unit
Access rules:
• Guests must be 18 years or older to access these amenities on their own
• Guests ages 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult
• Guests under 16 are not permitted access

Registration Fees
• Registration fees are not included in the grand total.
• Beginning April 1, 2026, Edgewater Beach Resort registration fees are:
• Base registration for all guests, including one Resort Access Pass: $50 if completed at least one day prior to arrival
• Same-day arrival registration: $75
• Registration is required for all guests, with or without a vehicle
• Second Resort Access Pass: $50
• Third Resort Access Pass: $100

Important Rental Information
• May 24 through August 2: 4-night stays, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• March 5 through April 23: 5-night stays, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals available
• Maximum 2-week stays from March through November
• Special requests may be accommodated; please contact Reservations directly
• Minimum age to book: 25
