Step into Aqua Resort 1011 and prepare to be amazed by the light and space of this updated condo. From the new paint, flooring and furniture, nothing was left untouched in this beautiful property! Even the HVAC and plumbing have been updated for maximum performance. The main living area has huge windows and has an open layout with room for everyone. New couches and a 70" flat-screen TV are perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and opens to the living area and ocean views. You will love having a fully stocked kitchen with all of the utensils and small appliances you need- it's a cook's dream! Have coffee at the kitchen bar, or make a huge meal and feed everyone at the dining table! The living area features ample seating, a Queen size sleeper sofa with a gel mattress for extra comfort and gorgeous ocean views. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy sunset cocktails or just relax and listen to the waves crash below while you sit in the new outdoor furniture. You will find modern décor and furnishings throughout the common areas, with plenty of space for all of your guests. The balcony is a perfect extension of the living space, so go enjoy the start and ending of everyday overlooking the beach.

There are TWO King bedrooms- all beds have new furniture, upgraded mattresses with hotel-quality bedding, new lighting and are the perfect oasis after a fun day at the beach. The Master bedroom features a King bed, a 58" flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom with a double vanity with new lighting. You even have ocean views and a private entrance onto the large balcony from your bedroom. The Guest Room also has a King bed with high-quality linens, a 58" flat-screen TV and ample storage space. The Guest Room also has a balcony with views of Pier Park. The Bunk Room is truly unique, with its own closet, a dresser AND its own 24" TV. The Twin mattresses are XL in length, and each bed has its own shelf with a USB port for charging. The Bunk Room features a custom built sliding barn door for privacy. It is a great space for guests of ANY age.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night s rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note the fitness center is temporarily closed and under renovation. There are exciting improvements and new equipment coming soon! The temporary fitness facility is now open and available to all guests daily from 6:00AM to 10:00PM.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from the last week in May to the first week in August. We offer 5-night rentals first week of March to the last week in April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. Winter can accommodate longer rentals, but please inquire with Reservations for requirements and rates. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
